Erica Blanco loves inspiring students and teachers and guiding them while they find their cosmic place in the Universe! She is a unique storyteller who loves to dress up (especially as the Universe). She enjoys hiking, planting, writing, biking, playing with her dog, and collecting bones. Currently, she is the elementary supervisor/teacher at Montessori Country Day School in Plainsboro, NJ. Previously, she has worked at Hudson Montessori, Apple Montessori, and Hamilton Park Montessori schools. She holds a BA in Communication, a M.A.T. in Elementary Education K-6 from Montclair State University, and a Lower Elementary Certification from Princeton Center for Teacher Education (PCTE).
Erica is a conference presenter and trainer. She has written curriculum for ETC Montessori. The five language curriculums for lower and upper elementary were about poetry, word study, and traditional literature. She is a contributing writer for MontessoriViews, a digital Montessori magazine.
